Early Bird & VIP (friend) trickets for

In and Out the Garden We Go ~ June 15 & 16 2012

“been here so long, we got to calling it home”

A celebration of the Deadhead community! We are lucky in this part of the
country to have so many local bands that pay tribute to the music of the
Grateful Dead & Jerry Garcia. Once again, Music at Snipes Farm has extended
an invention for a few of these acts to come together to share their music
on the Farm. We hope you will come and join us for this family campout.

Thanks to all the support for this event Music at Snipes Farm have decided to move the Festival to the Big Field & the Big Stage. This will also bring changes in some bold new ways & a whole new look. We look forward to sharing this
with you.

HogMaw wins the Philadelphia Folk Festival Unsung Heroes Campground Band Competition!

HogMaw, a progressive bluegrass band with members from York PA and Philadelphia PA, won the Philadelphia Folk Festival’s Unsung Heroes Campground Band Competition.

They will perform Friday afternoon August 19th on the Martin Guitar

Main Stage at the 50th annual Philadelphia Folk Festival in front of thousands of music fans.

The Philadelphia Folksong Society had over 4 dozen applicants for the contest. A panel of music industry professionals chose 14 artists, who competed at Yards Brewing Company on July 10th and 17th. Of these, the Philly Jug Band and HogMaw were selected as the winners.

HogMaw has been performing and touring around the region for almost 3 years. They

describe their music as THUNDERGRASS. HogMaw’s live performances are a blend of rowdy and rompin’ original music rooted in bluegrass tradition while pushing the boundaries with edgy melodic riffs and catchy choruses. The band is a trio of Matt Baldwin, on lead vocals and guitar, Ryann Lynch on fiddle, and Colin Reeves on mandolin and banjo. Johnny Calamari will support them on bass at the Festival.
